Coil heaters also known as cable heaters can be formed to a variety of shapes as required by its many applications. Frequently though, coil heaters are configured as small diameter, high performance nozzle heaters that are fully annealed.

TUBULAR

Cartridge heaters is consist of a cylindrical stainless steel tube and thus provide a high corrosion prevention. The heating wire inside which is wound onto a ceramic core. The number of coils varies depending on the power. and provide a great uniform distribution of heat, which considerably increases the long life of the heater as well as prevents the oxidation of the heater wire even at high temperatures .The solids, liquids, and gases need to be heated by cartridge heater, transmit heat quickly by conduction if the producer of the heat (the cartridge) is in direct contact with the heat sink (any solid, liquid, or gas). 

CERAMIC

Ceramic heater is a kind of heater with uniform thermal separation and good thermal conductivity. It ensures uniform temperature of hot surface and eliminates hot spots and cold spots of equipment. With long life, good insulation, strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, magnetic field and other advantages. Ceramics have the characteristics of fast heat transfer, hard and not broken, high temperature, no deformation and not aging. 

FINNER

Finned Heater are the most common heaters and are best suited for a large number of applications such as conduction, convection, and radiation.The heaters can be produced almost any shape or size. Custom bending diameters can be made upon request.  We use the finest materials in construction such as steel, stainless steel, incoloy, inconel and/or titanium alloys. We also uses high quality magnesium oxide to allow for efficient heat transfer from resistive coil to your heating medium whether it is air, liquid or solid.
