DIE-CASTING

The casting process is to quickly fill the molten metal into the mold under high pressure and high speed, and crystallize and solidify under high pressure to form a casting. The main features of die casting are high pressure and fast speed.

CASTING

For this process, the material melts into a liquid state at a high temperature and has a certain fluidity. Then it is injected into a set mold cavity and filled fully into the mold cavity by centrifugal force. Finally, it is cooled and shaped. The surface of the aluminum castings is relatively rough and requires further processing. Our rice cooker heater generally uses this centrifugal casting process.
